SHIPPING INFO

Folks, there is a slow down and inconsistencies on tracking scans and delivery wait times with the USPS. Please do not assume we did not ship if the tracking is questionable. Assume that there is a covid virus slowing things down. Please wait 3 to 5 business days before emailing us with your concerns. If you are outside the USA and choose the slowest cheapest FIrst Class mail option you might need to wait up two months for delivery. If this is a problem for you please do not order.
 
On Domestic orders we ship to the address that we see in the shipping/delivery when you place your order. WE DO NOT REFER TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS. It is up to you to update your shipping address as you place your order on our site.
Domestic: We offer free USPS shipping on all USA orders Monday - Saturday. You get Free USA shipping regardless of the size of your order. With this being the case, small orders will ship First Class or sometimes be mailed in an envelope and can take 3 to 7 days. Tracking may or may not be available or accurate on First Class packages. Please wait at least a week before reaching out with any concern. Larger orders (over a pound) will automatically be shipped Priority Mail, which the post office estimates to take 2-3 days. If you are placing a smaller order and would like to upgrade to Priority shipping,  click this link and add the Priority Upgrade  to your order. Express shipping can get you your order in one or two days depending on your location, the time you placed your order, and current stock. It is available for an additional cost.   Click here  to add the Express Postage  Upgrade  to your order. There is no guarantee on when you will receive your order.
 
We ship your orders the same or next day depending on the time you place it. Tracking information on USPS' site can take 24 hours or more to be updated. Sometimes, especially with First Class, a package might not even get scanned until the day that your local carrier has it out for delivery to you. Therefore, you may not see any update to the tracking page until your order is in your hand.
 
Once your order leaves our shop we have no control over the speed of your delivery or what the tracking info shows. Most orders arrive within 2-4 days of order placement, but this is not a guarantee. Please wait a week before getting concerned or reaching out to RockinRons.
 
International customers (including Canada and Mexico),shipping costs will be determined based on the weight of your order and your location. We use USPS. The site gives you some USPS options, Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but this is not guaranteed.  Priority or Express International options are quicker and have more accurate tracking. The shipping charges might change from what the shopping cart shows. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CUSTOMS FEES OR ANY OTHER FEE YOU MAY BE CHARGED ON YOUR SIDE. We only charge how much it costs us to ship. 
 
Due to credit card fraud on outside USA orders, only PAYPAL payments will be accepted. If your billing address is not in the US, your card will not process.
 
Also, please be prepared to have us contact you before we ship to make sure you understand all our info.
 
We do not know if YOUR Post Office or Delivery carrier will leave a note for you. This is all between you and your Postal System.
